Her Too

When she whispers in my ear 

Daring me more to come near 

I just stare at her 

Feeling shocked that she even sees me

I waited patiently for her eyes to stare into  mine

In my eyes we lived a thousand years in our island 

She'll curse reality if she only knew what waited for her in my mind 

Where every season she's  cuddling me

She is a queen in my dreams 

If she only looked in my eyes

The wind however disagrees 

It blows between us, breaking us apart 

I stood through  it still 

To await her grand face once again 

Waited, till the  dust cleared 

But she is no more there 

I walked away

I can't believe she didn't stay 

Who would actually, the dust was too heavy

We parted ways,

Yet, I froze her memory of her in my brain 

Keeping her in my island still 

I'll not let her go again 

If chance gives us one more time 

Until then 

Till we meet again
